You’ve likely found yourself here because you’re trying to decide whether or not to click the “contact” button, and finally start therapy.

I know you’ve been thinking about it for a while, because it isn’t an easy decision to make. It’s an even more of a challenging decision when you know you are going to have to put real work in to be a better you.

Since it’s very much my style to keep it real, here is the short version of what you need to know…

I’m not a sit, listen, and nod kind of therapist. I’m going to get in there with you, even when it’s ugly and uncomfortable. I can assure you, you will never be doing this work alone, and you will always be supported.

I am passionate about the work I do with my clients, because I know what it feels like to have your whole world unexpectedly turned upside down. I’ve also seen the perspective shift from struggling to persevering, because my perspective shifted when I did my own heavy lifting.

I love what I do. I’ve found that I work best with clients who are committed to the therapeutic process, motivated to find that shift in perspective, and ready to experience positive change!
